Job Summary
A company is looking for a Refrigeration Engineer- Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering (RME) to support grocery expansion across the North American market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide field support for refrigeration sites across assigned geography including operations, maintenance, and food safety
- Manage multiple complex projects and tasks simultaneously and provide leadership and mentoring to facilities maintenance and operations teams
- Be involved in design review process and provide guidance on equipment standardization and procurement
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in directly managing multiple large projects
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong technical background in automated or non-automated material handling equipment
