Job Summary

A company is looking for a CST Category Leader for Refrigeration Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sub BU and Global Category teams to develop strategies for operational excellence
• Manage vendor performance and foster collaboration across supply chain, engineering, and product management
• Lead a team of supply chain leaders and drive cost optimization initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain or an Advanced degree with 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain
• Strategic sourcing experience
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong knowledge of supply chain strategy and category-specific experience
• Proven track record of successful leadership and negotiation
