Refugee Resettlement Research Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Refugee Resettlement Research Associate to provide research support and data management for refugee housing services and Refugee Benefit Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide data management support for refugee housing services, including planning, acquisition, analysis, preservation, and data security/archiving
• Monitor and analyze Refugee Benefit Programs and collaborate with the government team to enhance understanding of Refugee Policy and Benefits
• Conduct research, present findings, and assist in devising and executing rollout plans for immigration resettlement and related materials

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred and one year of relevant experience in social work, case management, refugee resettlement, immigrant support, and/or non-profit operations required
• Knowledge of disciplines such as refugee housing, legal and medical services for effective data management guidance implementation
• Experience with data management and data quality assurance
• Troubleshooting, creative problem-solving, and resourcefulness skills
• Ability to quickly learn and work in a team environment
