Job Summary

A company is looking for a Refund Processing Specialist responsible for processing refund checks and reissuing requests for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process refund check requests and reissue requests with accuracy and timeliness
• Initiate customer communications to obtain required documentation for refund processing
• Update account records and Salesforce cases with relevant notes and status updates

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of operational experience, preferably in financial services or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
• Demonstrated capability to manage daily tasks with minimal supervision
