Job Summary
Working fully remote, the Refunds Specialist will identify and address overpayments and refunds, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure compliance while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Identify when a refund is required and prepare the necessary documentation to initiate the process
- Monitor workflows to meet or exceed established turnaround time goals and maintain client-specific processes
- Quality audit refund paperwork for compliance and provide feedback and training to team members
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Highly organized with the ability to manage time and prioritize work with minimal supervision
