Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Account Director for the UHG Vertical, Health Plan & PBM in multiple states.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage access to Takeda's products across various accounts, including Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to support payer account strategies and drive market access initiatives
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree
- 3+ years of leadership or payer account management experience
- Experience with a broad portfolio across multiple therapeutic areas
- Preferred experience in specialty/rare disease markets
- Understanding of commercial, Medicare, and PBM business processes
