Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Account Director for the UHG Vertical, Health Plan & PBM in multiple states.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage access to Takeda's products across various accounts, including Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support payer account strategies and drive market access initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree
  • 3+ years of leadership or payer account management experience
  • Experience with a broad portfolio across multiple therapeutic areas
  • Preferred experience in specialty/rare disease markets
  • Understanding of commercial, Medicare, and PBM business processes
