Job Summary
Building a network of mortgage brokers and financial institutions, the full-time Regional Account Executive will manage the mortgage process from client approval to loan closing while working remotely to generate production volume and meet channel goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the mortgage process from client approval through loan closing
- Discover new sales opportunities through networking and develop long-term partnerships
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of sales goals and quotas
Required qualifications
- Experience as an Account Executive or in a sales/customer service role
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Familiarity with conforming and government mortgage products
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
