Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Account Manager to develop and manage a designated territory focused on prescriber education and care coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop key specialty practices and business relationships within the regional territory
- Achieve designated call expectations and collaborate with sales to improve prescriber experience and meet sales goals
- Document patient profiles and manage prescriber communication preferences to ensure continuity of care
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; Bachelor's degree desired
- 2+ years of healthcare or customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with specialty providers, clinic, and hospital communities is desirable
- Understanding of drug reimbursement and Managed Care Medical Specialty benefits
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, with the ability to learn the department's software system
