Required Qualifications, Training and Education
- 2-5 years of experience in a sales/account management role for a technology company
- Proven track record of sustaining and growing complex relationships
- Experience with educational institutions and/or government preferred
- Strong analytical skills for renewal forecasting
- Familiarity with JIRA, Google Suite, and CRM tools like Salesforce.com
