Key Responsibilities

Build and execute an Account Strategy for customer satisfaction and business growth
Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and document customer interactions in Salesforce
Serve as the primary contact for strategic matters and lead regular account reviews

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in account management or client success roles
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years working experience
Proven experience managing accounts for multinational corporations (MNCs)
Strong understanding of MNC structures and communication protocols
