Job Summary
Leading a team of account managers, the full-time Regional Account Team Manager will ensure exceptional client satisfaction and energy savings goal attainment while working remotely from Michigan.
Key responsibilities:

- Serve as a customer advocate, ensuring proactive communication and enhancing customer satisfaction

Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in account management with a successful track record in client retention and revenue growth
- Prior experience leading a team with strong leadership and team management skills
