Job Summary
Leading a team of Account Managers remotely, the full-time Regional Account Manager will focus on fostering and expanding client relationships while ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth through strategic account management in the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Clinical Account Associates to support client acquisition and retention
- Collaborate with Customer Success leadership to provide comprehensive client support and resolve issues efficiently
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients and drive initiatives to improve workflow efficiencies
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Life Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales within the healthcare or biotechnology industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated success in client retention and account growth
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare data, AI applications, and the competitive landscape
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
