Job Summary

Owning a geographic territory, the full-time Regional Account Manager will drive the success of EOS, Phillips Hybrid, and AM products by executing strategic business plans and building executive-level partnerships with OEMs, contract manufacturers, and academic institutions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute strategic business plans to exceed gross margin and unit goals
  • Establish market authority by mastering product solutions and the competitive landscape
  • Expand the sales pipeline through expert-level prospecting and consultative discovery
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience
  • Experience selling capital equipment, manufacturing technology, or technical services
  • Strong prospecting, account development, and closing discipline
  • Ability to sell complex, longer-cycle opportunities
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments and technical buying committees
