Regional Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate policies
• Lead the GAAP accounting team through month-end close activities and financial reporting
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate on ERP optimization

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of progressive accounting experience, with 3+ years in management roles
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control best practices
• Hands-on experience with month-end close and financial statement preparation
• Experience with ERP and reporting systems such as Oracle or NetSuite
