Regional Accounting Manager
Job Summary
Managing the finance and accounting functions for multiple clinical trial site locations, the full-time Regional Accounting Manager will oversee monthly financial close, reporting, budgeting, and cash management in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly accounting and reporting process for supported sites
- Prepare monthly reporting packages for executive management and perform budget to actual analysis
- Partner with regional and site operations management teams to provide guidance on accounting matters
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting is required; CPA is strongly preferred
- 5-7 years of accounting experience managing financials for multiple business units or entities
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting
- Hands-on experience through the full accounting cycle of a business unit
- Strong Excel skills; NetSuite experience is a plus
