Job Summary
Leading market access initiatives, the full-time salaried Regional Accounts Associate Director will develop and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem, focusing on contract negotiations, strategic account management, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize portfolio revenue and improve patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Demonstrate broad knowledge of the regional healthcare industry, including emerging trends and evolving customer segments
- Lead negotiation and execution of customer contracts to support access and achieve business objectives
- Provide leadership in developing account strategies aligned with short-term and long-term engagement goals
Required qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred
- At least 10 years of pharmaceutical experience, including 3-5 years in GPO, MSO, and Non-Acute clinic account management or sales management
- Preferred experience in infusion site of care settings
- Demonstrated success in account management and market sales growth
- Knowledge of contract performance and data agreements
