Job Summary

Leading activation planning and execution for the National Accounts team, the full-time Regional Activation Manager will drive profitable volume and margin growth through marketing programs, event execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, while working remotely from anywhere in the USA.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage activation planning and implementation of Joint Business Plans (JBP) for top customers
  • Collaborate with Central Marketing to enhance brand awareness through various channels
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing investments and recommend improvements for future planning
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, agriculture, or a related field plus 3-5 years of industry experience, or 7+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong understanding of key business drivers and ability to connect activation priorities to profitable growth
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and make quality decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical expertise in feed and agriculture products with the ability to educate and influence others
  • Experience in using Salesforce CRM and Power BI for tracking and analysis
