A company is looking for a Regional Agency Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage regional personnel and maintain partnerships with corporate units
• Monitor existing agents and investigate prospective agents to protect company integrity
• Oversee Profit & Loss management, marketing programs, and support agent outreach efforts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• BS/BA degree
• 3-5 years of experience in a Title industry role
• Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions
• Experience in managing processes and supervising others
• Proven track record in conflict resolution and team building
