Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional BioTech Business Development Director (CRO) to support U.S. commercial expansion within a global clinical research organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategies for expanding the CRO's market presence in the U.S., focusing on biotech and pharmaceutical organizations
- Oversee and mentor Business Development Directors throughout the sales cycle for high-value accounts
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and multi-program engagements
Required Qualifications
- 8-15 years of progressive experience in CRO sales or business development leadership
- Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and the biotech/pharmaceutical landscape
- Proven ability to manage and coach teams on complex, high-value deals
- Experience in Oncology, Immunology, and Neurology therapeutic areas
