Regional Brokerage Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Brokerage Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and execute the "Fewer and Stronger" placement strategy and ensure alignment between national and regional teams
• Monitor growth targets with core carrier partners and identify business development opportunities
• Drive the transition from indirect to direct carrier placements and manage wholesaler relationships

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of insurance industry experience, preferably in placement, underwriting, or carrier relationship management
• Strong understanding of carrier and wholesaler dynamics in the Middle Market
• Deep technical knowledge of Property & Casualty business
• Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results across teams
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
