Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Business Development Director (Clinical Supply Services).

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets and develop sales strategies for the market
  • Lead and coach the regional business development team to maximize performance
  • Evaluate and implement business opportunities in designated territories
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in a business-to-business sales environment within pharmaceuticals or biotechnology
  • 6+ years of experience selling Clinical Supplies or Clinical Service solutions
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in managing and coaching direct reports preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Clinical Supplies, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development principles
