Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Business Development Director (Clinical Supply Services).
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and develop sales strategies for the market
- Lead and coach the regional business development team to maximize performance
- Evaluate and implement business opportunities in designated territories
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a business-to-business sales environment within pharmaceuticals or biotechnology
- 6+ years of experience selling Clinical Supplies or Clinical Service solutions
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in managing and coaching direct reports preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Clinical Supplies, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development principles
