Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and driven Regional Business Development Director for Clinical Supply Services, this full-time position will manage business development and client relations activities, focusing on achieving sales targets and leading a regional team to maximize profitability and growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets while developing sales strategies aligned with marketing plans
- Lead and coach the regional business development team, conducting performance reviews and implementing improvement programs
- Liaise with the global Business Development team to evaluate and implement business opportunities in designated territories
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in a business-to-business sales environment within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
- 6+ years of experience selling Clinical Supplies or Clinical Service solutions
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience managing and mentoring direct reports preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Clinical Supplies, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development principles
