Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop opportunities for implementing the company's technology solutions with smaller real estate owners
  • Manage the sales process from opportunity identification to closing, including documentation and client follow-up
  • Maintain a detailed pipeline of activity and manage multiple relationships with property owners and managers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3-5 years of consultative B2B sales experience, preferably in the Parking Industry or related fields
  • Demonstrated success in following a structured sales process and closing deals
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth B2B environments involving innovative solutions
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to diagnose complex client needs
