Regional Business Development Manager

Job Summary

Leading the identification, design, and launch of new training and employment programs in high-growth sectors across Latin America, the fixed-term Regional Business Development Manager will conduct market research, engage employers, and develop business cases while working remotely from Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct labor market research to identify high-demand roles and growth sectors
• Lead employer outreach to validate hiring demand and secure commitments for pilot hiring
• Manage end-to-end program development from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with market demand

Required qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, or program development
• Strong experience in building business cases and leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Experience engaging employers and industry stakeholders, preferably across multiple Latin American countries
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is desirable
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills
