Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Business Manager to lead and develop a team of Pharmacy Sales Representatives in the Southeast region.

Key Responsibilities

• Coaching and mentoring a team on sales tactics, time management, and career progression
• Educating the team on foundational and advanced sales skills, including CRM proficiency
• Monitoring performance metrics and implementing development plans for team growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in pharmacy, pharma, or medical device environments
• 2-5 years of people management experience with a focus on coaching and development
• Strong desire to educate and lead with a passion for teaching effective sales techniques
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
• Bachelor's degree required
