Job Summary

To support a growing sales force, the full-time Regional Business Manager will work remotely, partnering with the National Sales Director to enhance sales performance through data analysis and strategic planning in the cardiovascular sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the National Sales Director in aligning national direction with brand strategy and identifying performance opportunities
  • Utilize analytics to develop pull-through strategies and monitor progress in coverage and co-pay utilization
  • Manage incentive compensation inquiries and ensure effective communication of compensation plans to the sales team
Required qualifications
  • Doctorate degree with 2 years, Master's degree with 6 years, Bachelor's degree with 8 years, Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of Sales/Marketing experience
  • 2 years of managerial experience directly managing people or leading teams
  • Three or more years of specialty sales experience, with leadership experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of the payor environment
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
