Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Care Coordinator to manage member experiences related to transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison with health plan clients, members, and partners to ensure superior member experiences
  • Monitor and confirm trips, recover from issues, and maintain documentation of escalations and action plans
  • Ensure compliance with KPIs and contract requirements while adhering to policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • 9 months of experience in a Customer Care Representative role or similar experience in health care case management
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle escalated situations
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care experience is preferred
