Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Category Manager - Customer Equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a regional category strategy for customer equipment aligned with corporate goals
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers and drive commercial negotiations
  • Lead regional sourcing initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of procurement/sourcing experience, with at least 4 years in regional category leadership roles
  • Experience in the chemicals, industrial equipment, or related technical industries
  • Proven success in strategic sourcing and complex negotiations
  • Data-driven mindset with capability in analytics and spend management tools
