Job Summary

A company is looking for a North America Regional Category Manager - Flat Steel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for cross-business synergies and supplier partnerships
• Negotiate and manage contracts with key strategic suppliers and conduct supplier business reviews
• Monitor compliance with category agreements and lead continuous improvement initiatives in procurement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Supply Chain or Operations
• Eligibility to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship
• Experience in category management, particularly with metals such as carbon steel and stainless steel
• Proven ability to drive cost-out projects and implement category strategies
