Regional Chief Information Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Chief Information Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive IS&T leadership across assigned regions, aligning regional needs with enterprise strategy
• Partner with hospital Presidents and leaders to identify technology opportunities that enhance clinical care and operational performance
• Lead IS&T contributions to Mergers & Acquisitions and strategic partnerships, ensuring technology integration and operational readiness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10 years of experience in information technology leadership and resource management
• Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience; executive level experience preferred
• Strong understanding of hospital and ambulatory operations
• Experience with M&A or JV technology integration preferred
