Job Summary

Leading the GCG Oil & Gas client portfolio, the full-time Regional Client General Manager America will optimize business travel solutions, manage client budgets, and collaborate with various departments to enhance client performance across Ontario, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, and the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize client's budget while anticipating customer needs and resolving service gaps
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure comprehensive client service delivery
• Drive the sale of travel products and services through collaboration with sales and consulting teams

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry and its travel specificities
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience in business travel service delivery and customer service
• Understanding of the local and international business travel market, technologies, and tools
• Experience with contract life cycle and renewal processes
