Regional Clinical Services Director - RN

Job Summary

Leading clinical operations across multiple states, the full-time Regional Clinical Services Director - RN will provide nursing leadership, consultation, and resources for patient care departments while ensuring compliance with diverse regulatory requirements in Long Term and Post-Acute Care settings.

Key responsibilities

• Directs nursing and clinical leadership initiatives in partnership with regional executive leadership
• Mentors and orients new nursing leaders, providing guidance and resources for effective clinical practice
• Collaborates with executive leadership to establish nursing policies, standards, and practices across rural and field locations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree in nursing or healthcare-related field preferred
• Five years of progressive nursing leadership experience in a long-term or post-acute care setting required
• Previous experience as Director of Nursing in long-term care preferred
• Current unencumbered RN license in the applicable state or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
