Regional Collections Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Collections Associate - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage collection activities for a regional portfolio of accounts, including soliciting payments and negotiating service cessation
• Analyze customer disputes and deductions to facilitate resolution of outstanding amounts
• Provide regular updates on receivables to various leadership teams and participate in related projects

Required Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in business, accounting, financial, or related field
• One (1) year or more in commercial collections required
• Two (2) years or more in accounting/financial with the H.S. Diploma required
• Demonstrated knowledge of commercial collections process required
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite required
