Regional Collections Specialist

Job Summary

Managing customer credit and collections needs, the full-time Regional Collections Specialist will perform financial analysis, make outbound calls, and negotiate payment arrangements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Make at least 50 outbound calls daily to assess credit risk and establish credit limits
• Conduct collection calls and customer visits to resolve outstanding accounts receivables
• Maintain accurate credit and collection files, documenting all collection efforts and evaluating current policies

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Credit, Collections, or Accounts Receivable
• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a Call Center environment
• Experience using Experian and NACM credit reports
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated proficiency in Financial Analysis and Math
