Job Summary

Managing credit and collections for customers, the full-time Regional Collections Specialist will make at least 50 outbound calls daily, assess credit risk, and analyze financial statements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct collection calls and customer visits to resolve outstanding balances
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and document root causes of customer disputes
  • Maintain accurate credit and collection files, ensuring compliance with applicable laws
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Credit, Collections, or Accounts Receivable
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a Call Center
  • Associate degree required; bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial analysis and Microsoft Word products, particularly Excel
