Job Summary
Managing credit and collections for customers, the full-time Regional Collections Specialist will make at least 50 outbound calls daily, assess credit risk, and analyze financial statements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct collection calls and customer visits to resolve outstanding balances
- Negotiate payment arrangements and document root causes of customer disputes
- Maintain accurate credit and collection files, ensuring compliance with applicable laws
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Credit, Collections, or Accounts Receivable
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- 1-3 years of experience working in a Call Center
- Associate degree required; bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial analysis and Microsoft Word products, particularly Excel
