Regional Commercial Real Estate Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Commercial Real Estate Credit Officer who will review, negotiate, and decide on business loans and servicing plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, negotiate, and approve or decline business loans while ensuring compliance with credit policies
• Maintain current knowledge of market trends and advise associates on credit analysis and underwriting
• Establish and maintain relationships with management and business units to support lending objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Business credit analysis, Lending, Underwriting, or Credit approval
• High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Business credit analysis, Lending, Underwriting, or Credit approval
• Preferred: 4+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Lending across various asset classes
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
