Job Summary
Ensuring compliance requirements are met within their assigned region, the full-time Regional Compliance Coordinator will monitor federal and state regulations, oversee contract reporting, and manage internal and external audits while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Continuously monitor and communicate changes in federal and state regulations, minimum wage laws, and contract requirements
- Prepare, validate, and submit contract reports while overseeing the development and implementation of regional policies and procedures
- Investigate compliance-related incidents and facilitate Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of compliance-related experience in healthcare, financial services, or a regulated industry
- Strong understanding of compliance principles and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in using compliance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
