Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Concierge Navigator to provide outreach and support to members in navigating their healthcare and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized member support and conduct member engagement activities
  • Assist members with scheduling appointments, resolving issues, and ensuring access to care
  • Communicate updates and coordinate care with healthcare providers
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes
  • Ability to navigate Medicare Advantage or HMO systems
  • Bilingual skills in languages such as Spanish, Vietnamese, or Mandarin are preferred
