Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Concierge Navigator to provide outreach and support to members in accessing healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized member support and engagement in the assigned market
• Assist members with scheduling appointments, navigating care, and resolving issues
• Educate members on their healthcare options and coordinate access to providers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in health plan services
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes
• Ability to navigate Medicare Advantage or HMO care processes
• Bilingual skills in English/Spanish, English/Vietnamese, or English/Mandarin preferred
