Job Summary
Leading the regional contract management strategy, the full-time Remote Regional Contract Management Leader will oversee all contractual activities across a $5B project portfolio, manage high-value claims, and develop the performance of the Regional Contract Management Team.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the regional contract management strategy in alignment with business objectives
- Lead the identification, negotiation, and resolution of high-value claims while coordinating with legal and project teams
- Mentor and develop the Regional Contract Management Team, enforcing standard work practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, or Business Administration from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in large, complex infrastructure projects (Energy, Power Transmission, Oil & Gas, or Industrial Construction)
- Demonstrated success in managing the full lifecycle of complex claims and leading high-stakes negotiations
- Extensive experience with international frameworks (FIDIC, NEC, EPC, or bespoke contracts)
- Proven track record in regional or functional leadership, managing professional teams
