Job Summary
Coordinating respite care services for families, the full-time Regional Coordinator will manage service coordination, assist with family intake, and maintain documentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate EFMP respite care services within an assigned region
- Match families with qualified respite care providers and track service status
- Prepare reports and serve as a liaison between families, providers, and program management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Social Services, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting social service programs
- At least 3 years of experience managing remote staff or remote service delivery
- Strong case coordination and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic record systems
