Job Summary

Coordinating respite care services for families, the full-time Regional Coordinator will manage service coordination, assist with family intake, and maintain documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate EFMP respite care services within an assigned region
  • Match families with qualified respite care providers and track service status
  • Prepare reports and serve as a liaison between families, providers, and program management
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Social Services, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting social service programs
  • At least 3 years of experience managing remote staff or remote service delivery
  • Strong case coordination and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic record systems
