Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional CTO to provide leadership and strategy in developing technology solutions for external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and dissemination of technology solutions for external clients to enhance business growth
• Maintain a customer-focused approach while delivering projects and services to the market
• Act as a thought leader, presenting tailored technology solutions to critical accounts and driving company strategy

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a technological role, with proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership position
• Experience in the IT/nearshoring industry within the last 10 years
• Strong understanding of technology budgets and investment alignment with business goals
• Ability to develop policies and procedures that enhance products and services for external customers
• Experience in collaborating with Sales, Delivery, and Account Management teams
