Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Director of Customer Success for the AMER Central & East region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor teams of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Customer Experience Managers (CEMs) in the region
- Act as the voice of the customer, celebrating successes and addressing risks proactively
- Oversee metrics and KPIs related to deployment, product adoption, and customer security risk
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in cybersecurity, containers, or cloud computing
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and a strong understanding of cloud computing
- Proven track record of engaging with customers at CxO, VP, and Director levels
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
