Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director of Customer Success for the AMER Central & East region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor teams of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Customer Experience Managers (CEMs) in the region
  • Act as the voice of the customer, celebrating successes and addressing risks proactively
  • Oversee metrics and KPIs related to deployment, product adoption, and customer security risk


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in cybersecurity, containers, or cloud computing
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and a strong understanding of cloud computing
  • Proven track record of engaging with customers at CxO, VP, and Director levels
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
