Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Manager of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers
  • Drive customer retention and account growth through proactive engagement and strategic planning
  • Ensure consistent execution of Customer Success processes and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment (cloud, SaaS, networking preferred)
  • Proven ability to deliver results in customer retention and account growth
  • Strong coaching and people management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
