Job Summary
Regional Customer Success Manager is a full-time position responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Managers in the Asia Region, focusing on customer relationships, renewals, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers in the Asia Region
- Act as the senior customer success contact and executive sponsor for customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer value and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 10-15 years of customer-facing experience in Customer Success or related fields
- Experience in defense industries, including sales and project management
- Direct management experience with a focus on team development
- Experience in intelligence collection and analysis, preferably space-based or geospatial ISR
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
