Job Summary

Regional Customer Success Manager is a full-time position responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Managers in the Asia Region, focusing on customer relationships, renewals, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers in the Asia Region
  • Act as the senior customer success contact and executive sponsor for customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer value and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of customer-facing experience in Customer Success or related fields
  • Experience in defense industries, including sales and project management
  • Direct management experience with a focus on team development
  • Experience in intelligence collection and analysis, preferably space-based or geospatial ISR
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
