Regional Demand Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Demand Planner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for rolling 12 months forecast accuracy and quality using standard metrics
• Conduct monthly global demand forecasting meetings with Regional Sales Leaders to ensure accurate market intelligence capture
• Evaluate forecast quality by analyzing historical sales trends and demand drivers while supporting Demand Planning excellence initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of related Supply Chain experience
• Strong leadership and change management skills
• High proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP/Supply Chain software (e.g., SAP/APO, Kinaxis) preferred
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently under general supervision
