Job Summary
To support the development of Premium Auditors, the full-time remote Regional Developer will create educational materials, conduct interactive training sessions, and monitor training program effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop educational materials and training resources for new and existing Premium Auditors
- Conduct live training sessions via Microsoft Teams and follow up on training program objectives
- Monitor auditor production and quality, providing support and feedback as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience, including physical audits
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in database management and record-keeping
- Strong ability to learn new systems quickly and perform duties independently
