Regional Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Development Manager - Pipeline Creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive conversations with clinical and enterprise stakeholders in large health system accounts, focusing on clinical AI solutions
• Manage and qualify early-stage opportunities, performing targeted outreach and leading introductory discovery sessions
• Nurture relationships with stakeholders, uncovering pain points and providing consistent value-added follow-ups

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales, inside sales, or SDR in healthcare technology or SaaS solutions
• Proven track record in stakeholder mapping, lead qualification, and deal progression in complex B2B environments
• Preferably knowledgeable in clinical departments, IT integrations, and enterprise budgeting processes
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft or similar tools)
