Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of a multi-regional fundraising strategy to meet annual revenue targets
• Align regional fundraising efforts with organizational goals and support the articulation of the organization's impact
• Collaborate with regional leaders to develop annual plans and ensure cohesive fundraising practices across regions

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising with a focus on securing six-figure gifts and managing multi-regional development
• Proven ability to develop and execute regional fundraising strategies aligned with national priorities
• Experience in collaborating across departments and coaching regional fundraising staff
• Strong background in pipeline development and performance monitoring across diverse areas
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and managing complex fundraising data
