Regional Digital Delivery Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Regional Digital Delivery - North Region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a regional digital delivery strategy aligned to business goals and client needs
• Standardize delivery practices and establish governance for templates and model practices
• Lead business process redesign to embed technology and automation for efficiency and scale

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in digital delivery, technology strategy, or related fields
• Proven background in the AEC industry with an understanding of delivery models and client expectations
• Experience in digital leadership roles at major engineering firms or technology companies serving the AEC industry
• Strong influencing and change management skills with the ability to drive adoption across decentralized teams
• Deep understanding of AI, data platforms, and emerging technologies
